What our EMERGENCY RECOVERY SPECIALIST DO: Driving and operating a flatbed tow truck (i.e. Towing, recovery, jump-starts, flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services, etc.) On-scene time interacting with customer/establishing rapport, building relationships, trust and problem solving Utilizing on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systems Maintains personal inventory of tools, company equipment and products to ensure all service calls can be completed. Repeatedly deals with people who are in troubled situations (i.e., vehicle breakdown or won't start), and who are often distraught, anxious, fearful, angry, etc. and being able to show a caring, positive attitude to keep the situation under control. Excellent driving skills to contend with heavy traffic, hazardous road conditions, accidents, etc. Action is the first responders in all types of inclement weather ("the worse the weather, the busier you are"). Bring accountable for selling our brand (i.e. Referrals back to our shop or a garage we are contracted by) Exhibits a high degree of professionalism at all times (e.g., wearing our uniform, presenting a neat appearance to customers, cleaning vehicle, being friendly and upbeat with customers).

REQUIREMENTS: H.S. diploma or GED/equivalent Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Must be at least 18 years of age. Basic knowledge of tools of the trade Available to work a variety of shifts in order to cover needed time frames Pay is based on experience.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday- overnight shift, Wednesday and/or Thursday- 12pm-10pm

Option 2

Sunday-Wednesday: 12pm-10pm
