Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Attorneys, Lenders, and Developers.
- Develop sales relationships.
- Track and report appointments via CRM.
- Collaborate with management on Business Development.
- Contribute to management evaluations.
Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:
- Customer service, meeting sales goals, prospecting skills, self-motivation, industry knowledge
- Team Player and strong negotiation skills.
Experience:
- 2+ years of title experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary and commission commensurate with experience. Excellent medical, dental, prescription, paid vacation, 401k and profit sharing are available.
