Ticket Seller Job at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for selling tickets in the box office. This position is not eligible for remote work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Sell and exchange tickets in the box office for H-E-B Center events including concerts, family shows, and Texas Stars Hockey Club
- Assist customers in mobile ticketing resolutions
- Answer box office main phone line for customer inquiries
- Assist in the distribution of ticket scanners
- Process card payments under standard procedures
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- One to three years of experience – Not required, but desired
- Ability to effectively communicate with other departments and vendors
- Excellent knowledge of Ticketmaster – Not required, we will train
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work at an efficient pace to lessen wait time at ticket windows
- Available to work at night, weekends and holidays
Physical Demands and Working Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects and office tools, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is exposed to a ticket arena environment, with noise levels usually moderate.
