Thank you for looking into our associate's position at Stronger Oregon. Below is the quick bullet point version for you to consider a new way to render outpatient mental health services. Lets start with Full-time being 30 hours a week which allows for more self-care.
- Associate Supervision is paid for by Stronger Oregon and is abundant. Presently you get to choose your supervisor from a group of 4 or more Licensed Supervisors. Start promptly and get to licensure at the fastest pace while also gaining the experience needed.
- You can make $62,000 (PTE) to $140,000 (FTE), annually before taxes, based on your chosen compensation structure and hours of direct services. You get to choose and calibrate.
- Optionally work three days a week (10hr days), having 4 days off in a row. For Example, this could be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Free MBSR, TFCBTa, CBT-E and EMDR basic training for being Full-Time.
- Shared training cost if Part-time.
- Fully build-out office, with parking, in Downtown Eugene.
- Awesome benefits for Full-Time Providers with no monthly premiums for Health/Dental/Vision for the employee.
Our community needs you. Stronger Oregon is hiring for multiple associate therapists/counselors to serve children, adults, couples and families with services calibrated by your clinical determination. Provide mental health services the right way by having the freedom to see a client another time within the week, if needed, or do family therapy. Productivity pressure is significantly reduced and you have the freedom to breathe, cope and have a personal life.
There are 2 Full-Time Compensation Options for Associate Providers (ask about part-time). We also do independent contracting (option 3).
- Option 1: Full Time Employment at 30 hours a week with a commission compensation setup of 50% from every insurance reimbursable service (For example: One of our insurance contracts reimburses $172 for a 60 minute Psychotherapy Session which would equal an approximately $86 commission for you). We ask that the clinician schedule a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an estimated annual wage/commissions of approximately $105k but that is if you just render 24 direct service hours a week. If you render an average of 28, you can make approximately $125k a year. If you render an average of 32 you can make approximately $140k a year. PTO/Sick Leave/Holiday Pay are paid at the hourly wage of $25.
- Option 2: FTE - 30 hours a week - $40 an hour with $50 bonuses per 1 hour of service beyond 21 in a week. We ask that the clinician schedule a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an annual wage of approximately $62,400 but that is if you just render 24 services. If you render an average of 28 direct service hours a week, you can make approximately $82k a year. If you render an average of 32 direct service hours a week, you can make approximately $91k a year. This allows you to not worry about no shows and commissions calculations. In addition to 401k/health/dental/vision benefits, there is 80 hours of PTO, 40 hours of sick leave and 10 paid holidays a year (80 hours) which is all paid at $40 an hour.
- Option 3: Independent contractors make a 55% commission. For example: One of our insurance contracts reimburses $172 for a 60 minute Psychotherapy Session which would equal a$94 commission for you. There are a variety of other insurance rates as well. You can work as little as 12 direct service hours a week with an estimated income of 58k for the year. If you render an average of 32 direct service hours each week of the year you can make an estimated $150k a year. You calibrate your ideal job.
- You are welcome to work 40 hours a week, and make even more monetarily, but we believe giving you more time for your personal life allows you to be the best version of your professional self. We believe a 30hour work week directly correlates to better services for clients and better self-care for you. The positive is, you choose. Lets talk about what is the best work/life balance for you.
