Avo Photonics (www.avophotonics.com) is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a large customer base. The successful candidate must plan his/her own work schedule to meet project deadlines, keep multiple records, be self-motivated, maintain a professional presence, and have the desire to take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor test performance from production line through analysis of data pulled from SQL database

• Based on data analysis, identify hardware problems, validate and document all errors discovered, and debug/implement solutions

• Communicate with client to inform of software bugs and request new/different features in test software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, Electrical Engineering preferred

• 3+ years of experience in a hardware test environment

• Outstanding data analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Attributes: High attention to detail, professional demeanor, self-motivated, personable, willing to take initiative
