Florida Territory Manager / Outside Sales
Structall Building Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and supporting building material. Based in Oldsmar, FL, Structall maintains Service Centers in Lakeland, FL, San Antonio, TX, and St. Gabriel, LA, with our latest Service Center in Newland, NC opening Q4 2022. Our sales team is looking for a bright, motivated, and high-performing Territory Manager to join our crew. A collateral carrying Lone Ranger with a heart of gold, a silver tongue, and saddlebags overflowing with product samples. A Road Warrior with the gift of gab… for building materials.
As a Territory Manager at Structall, you will be responsible for managing and closing opportunities within a territory. The assigned territory for this position encompasses Pasco County, extending north along the west coast of Florida to Columbia County, and east to Lake County. This territory is experiencing massive growth and offers excellent sales opportunities by nurturing the existing customer base and through the identification and development of new accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, evaluate, engage, and develop new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with existing and new customers through face-to-face interaction, sales proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze sales data pertinent to the assigned territory.
- Communicate with management regarding sales initiatives on an account-by-account basis.
- Develop and submit sales-call planning and sales-call reports.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques.
- Submit customer quotes and orders.
ESSENTIAL:
- Sales experience specifically in building products, wholesale, or retail.
- Reside within the assigned territory and have a dependable, late model, vehicle to travel the territory.
- Self-motivated, goal and results driven with ability to work from a home/mobile office.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Exceptional dedication to customer service.
- Top notch interpersonal and relationship development skills.
- General computer knowledge with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
