Temporary Part Time Paralegal Job at Wolfram Law Firm, P.C.
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our team for a part time temporary position. The Paralegal will have a background in litigation, but will also be expected to work on other cases. We're looking for individuals who are extremely knowledgeable about the law, enjoy problem solving and are comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS: Accurate knowledge of Word or Wordperfect, Outlook, database and spreadsheet software. Must be willing to learn Tabs3/Practicemaster billing software and Casemap program. Must have knowledge of discovery and filing rules in Texas.
Responsibilities include reading and understanding documents to enter into database program (Casemap) for use in responding to discovery and document management; drafting responses to discovery requests including disclosures, interrogatories, requests for production; organizing and managing files, documents, and exhibits; calendaring discovery deadlines; completing assigned tasks as expected.
Must be dependable, attention to detail, self-starter, ability to multi-task, work independently and/or with others, meet deadlines. Must have strong administrative, time-management, and organizational skills. Must have excellent client relation, telephone and computer skills. Willing to adapt to change.
Part time 10-20 hours per week
