Position Summary: Our Call Center Representatives take inbound calls from employees who are transitioning their pension and retirement plans. We strive to provide the highest levels of service. Please see position details below:

• This is a temporary position with a salary of $21.63/hr. There is a possibility to be converted to full-time.
• You will be required to work onsite position at our offices on 3600 American Blvd West, Bloomington, MN 55431.
• The hours are Mon - Fri from 8:45am - 5pm. No weekends.

Essential Duties:

• Answer incoming calls about pension plans.
• Educate plan participants on the particulars of their benefits.
• Document all customer interaction in our database.
• Perform data entry of enrollment forms.
• Prepare outgoing mail of plan documents and forms.

Required:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong typing and basic digital literacy

• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
