Here’s your chance to work as Technical Trainer with high visibility and significant customer impact, if you possess:
- Technical Training experience
- Deep passion for Teaching
- Coding experience in Python, Java, .Net etc.
- The ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences at different levels
- Excellent communication skills
In this role, you will deliver training content to developers, administrators, architects, and partners to drive adoption and usage of Automation and AI/ML/DL. You’ll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching, with enthusiasm for technology, to drive learning and establish positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical product training classes for clients, partners, and employees
- Conduct ongoing technical training / sessions – in person and virtually
- Develop and organize training materials and resources
- Write and develop training courses and curriculum based on conversations with subject matter experts and author courses for delivery
- Assist in developing and maintaining training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials
- Ensure that all learning offerings are focused on the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Technical Training experience targeted to an IT technical audience
- Technical degree (i.e., Computer Science) or relevant work experience
- Proven ability to work effectively with SME’s, management, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content
- Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
- A strong “stage presence” and ability to manage a classroom of adult learners
- Must have recent coding experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, .Net, Python, etc.
- Ability to travel as required
Rockstar Requirements:
- Experience with one or more of the following: Automation, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Automation.
- Product knowledge of Amelia, 1Desk preferred.
- Experience managing AI/ML/DL program.
- 2-3 years of experience in programming, systems architecture, or systems administration.
- Base Salary: $115,000 - $130,000
