About the Role
This role will be responsible for consulting with customers to enhance the usability and accessibility of LexisNexis flagship products. The Technical Success Consultant will partner with sales teams to present value-added solutions that address unique client needs and increase product adoption while aligning with the goals and initiatives of customer success, as well as various sales segments and the overall business strategy. The role will also coordinate the resolution of complex issues by engaging the appropriate technical support and product team members.
This role should have, or be able to quickly develop, a working knowledge of LexisNexis flagship products and end-to-end department functions from product development, engineering, fulfillment, cost recovery, sales, and segment. Additionally, this role requires strong technical acumen and should be able to understand customer technical requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to consult with customers around technical solutions that increase product adoption and ease of use such as Single Sign On and API/permalinks.
  • Consult with customers and coordinate various support, product, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues with LexisNexis products and/or customer systems.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide comprehensive technology solutions that support customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Advise customers and internal business partners around various implications of deployment options.
  • Define and clearly communicate to business partners the requirements around customer requests for features and product enhancements. Responsible for project management of proposed customer solutions and resolution of complex issues.
  • Demonstrate the flexibility of LexisNexis to integrate with the client’s current information systems and processes, especially where investments are made.
Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science or Business (or related degree or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in customer facing role in technical services or applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and process orientation. Experience using project management methodologies.
  • Experience with complex business processes is required. A thorough knowledge of LexisNexis products and back-office systems (including collections and fulfillment) is preferred.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington.
