Come join a growing TA Operations team whose main objective is to find and attract top talent across the high-tech industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers
- Design, develop and implement innovative sourcing strategiesw
- Work with HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure that position requirements are identified, requisitions are posted and hiring managers are reviewing resumes and providing feedback on candidates.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
- Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants.
- Reviews job requisitions matching of applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized searches.
- Help implement and develop strategy for TA Operations and sourcing process.
- Provide staffing reports for management review.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-tech company
- Demonstrated expertise in developing sourcing strategies and advanced internet searching / networking
- This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations. You may only access such information if you are a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. government.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to manage a requisition load of 20-25 reqs at a time
- Strong computer skills - MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- RF, Microwave or Aerospace and Defense experience
