Technical Project Manager – Seeking a Technical PM that will be responsible for managing the technical portions of a project that engages internal & external teams to perform financial business functions & processes
- Location – Baltimore / Owings Mills
- Need a combination of IT expertise and project management skills
- Develop and manage project specifications, technical design and requirements
- Establish project timelines, milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate work with cross-functional team leaders and perform monitoring and reporting on project status
Requirements
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to work with cross-functional teams to accomplish overall project goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management or an IT-related discipline OR college degree with documented IT work experience
- At least five years of experience managing projects from inception to completion
- Experience with Java, IBM solutions integration
The following are not required but would be a plus
- Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, Agile, ITILv3)
- Master’s Degree
- Financial Services Experience
