As a Copywriter, you will be part of the team responsible for building, templatizing, and maintaining Chase's developer documentation for our most strategic API-based products. This covers the entire lifecycle of a developer's integration, from discovery and education, to testing, to certifying and launching their new experiences into production. You will report to the Partner Channel: Start My Journey team manager and work with a wide range of people within the Partner Channel team and beyond. That includes Product Owners, Technology Partners, Co-Brand Relationship Managers, Corporate Development Leads and Digital Marketing leads - all related to the documentation of our services for onboarding new partners to our services and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document new products, features, and APIs
  • Document standards, guidelines, and best practices for engineers and technical product owners
  • Organize documentation and make it easily discoverable
  • Responsible for the accurate delivery of partner-facing documentation
  • Maintain content quality through curation and content performance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of leaders (written, voice, and in-person)
  • Ability to multi-task and keep strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
  • 5+ years of Technical Writing or relevant experience
  • Proficient in HTML, Markdown, and any other relevant coding languages
  • Can communicate technical concepts clearly and precisely
  • Ability to create a compelling story and narrative out of technical source material from different groups
  • Able to quickly iterate and improve
  • A perpetual learner and teacher
