We are seeking an energetic, service-minded Team Relations Representative (TRR) to work for The Ōnin Group teammates on site at our client’s facility in Vance, AL. The TRR will handle employee issues, assist with employee investigations, and work alongside our Team Relations Onsite team. TRR will partner with human resources on efforts to boost Positive Team Culture and to filter communication to our teammates on the floor. The TRR will field questions and point our teammates to what all The Ōnin Group has to offer as their employer including teammate benefits.

TRRs should be self-motivated and able to work autonomously. TRRs should also be able to work as a part of a team contributing to our mission of serving our clients and our teammates. We do ask our TRRs to be flexible with shift requirements as the coverage needs of our clients can change. This is not a desk job, the right candidate should be comfortable working in a physical environment.

Preferred skills:

• Knowledge of HR law, investigation management, and co employment.
• Advanced computer skills to include Google Drive, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional EQ (emotional intelligence), political savvy and ability to work with a variety of different types of people from different backgrounds, personality types and levels within the organization
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to function with a high level of autonomy
• Desire and ability to operate at a fast pace, on your feet and on the go all day long.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
