Team Member Needed for Electric Bike Shop in Golden

Location:Golden, CO and Boulder, CO

Schedule:Part Time

Pay Rate:DOE $14-$17+

Pedego Boulder and Golden are a locally-owned dealer for Pedego Electric Bikes – one of the largest Ebike companies in the United States! We pride ourselves on our knowledge on everything Pedego and helping the community have fun outside. Our two shop locations both offer Sales, Service, Rentals and Guided Tours. We are a small, close-knit team looking for a flexible team member who can roll with the high and low traffic seasons. The right person will participate in the sales of our electric bikes, learn how to do basic repairs, fill the role of tour guide for our group rentals and help with the upkeep and maintenance of the shop during town time.

All bike experience considered. We will train on anything specific to our brand.

We offer commission for bike sales, and our tour guides get tipped (You get tips to ride a bike for a couple of hours! How cool is that?). This position works closely with the Shop Owner and General Manager, providing a small business environment that is a ton of fun and rewarding.

You will have:

· Team Player Attitude- our employees become family! You will work closely with everyone on the team and be the face of our store during guided tour groups. A team player attitude is a must to be successful in this industry.

· Bike Mechanic Experience- must be able to comfortably perform routine tune ups, basic repairs and diagnostics on our bikes, as well as assemble them (Not a requirement, but a huge plus)

· The ability to lift up to 60 pounds, as well as stand for long periods of time.

· Reliable transportation. People who are willing to commute to both locations will have higher hours and pay, but it is not a requirement.

· Retail/Sales experience- this is highly encouraged, as this is a customer facing role.
