We are seeking a Team Lead, to join our team in Chicago, Ill.

ABOUT OPPIZI

Oppizi is an offline customer acquisition provider for online businesses across Europe, Oceania, and the US. Oppizi converts offline consumers to online customers via flyer distribution. We work with high-profile clients like Uber, UberEats, Doordashand many others. We support online businesses in all the major cities in the US and are currently on the hunt for a Team Leader in Chicago.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The right candidate will be involved in managing a team of brand ambassadors in Chicago

• Inventory Management: You will be responsible to retrieve flyers on site to distribute to brand ambassadors per mission as needed
• Supervision: Supervise and train new brand ambassadors onsite + light trouble shooting on the Oppizi app + occasionally helping BA's pass out flyers
• Management: Ensuring that the team of brand ambassadors are performing up to the standards required and will provide support to help them improve their performance. You will be proactive to improve on campaigns if needed.
• Operational: Be in charge of logistics and ensuring that the operations are running as smooth as possible.
• Reporting: Updating reports for different clients on a daily basis while directly reporting to the operations manager.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Communication: Excellent writing and oral skills. Fluent English is required
Computer Skills: Knowledge in Excel/Google Spreadsheet is essential + a smartphone is required to work with Oppizi

Attitude: Dynamic, proactive, organised, problem solver & result driven

Must be a team player

RATES & REMUNERATION

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Independent Contractor status
• Contract value: $25 per hour + $5 travel allowance per location
• Payment will be made via direct deposit on a bi-weekly basis
