WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Open & Closing stores on regular basis
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Maintain quality of the car wash service and maintain clean, attractive, and safe facility
• Manage shifts and delegate to Team Members
• Load vehicles and maintain safety standards within team members
• Help management coach and train team members with word tracks, safety, and products
• Complete tasks set by management and delegate
• Maintain and encourage high standards of customer service
• Assist customers with questions and handle escalations
• Offer value based selling to customers about our memberships

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Leadership and/or Management experience required
• Some weekends worked required
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Appearance Standards (grooming and hygiene)
• Must be Reliable, Friendly, Responsible, Self Motivating, and Professional
• Carry a full time work schedule
• Move/Lift up to 50lbs
• Must be 18+
