Position: Team Leader Shift: 2nd
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operation of production line(s)
- Receive material and verify accuracy of delivery
- Assist with ensuring production goals are met on a daily basis
- Ensure safety and productivity of team members during designated shift hours
- Train new team members and coach existing team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with HPS protocol
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge manufacturing operations
- Ability to lead others
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow & interpret company policies and procedures
- At least 6 months leadership experience
- Competency in basic computer and math skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.75 per hour
