What You’ll Do

• Supervise, coach/mentor and develop a team of collection representatives.
• Service and manage collateral on all cancelled loans within team’s portfolio.
• Thorough investigation of complex and/or escalation issues at hand.
• Prepare, analyze and monitor various reports.
• Track portfolio progress and meeting departmental goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience leading a collections group
