As Team Lead, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll be:

Responsible for a combination of Project Work and Team Leadership, as this role is a combination of approximately 90% work on executing projects and 10% of team leadership

Maintaining regular touchpoint meetings to ensure an exciting work environment with focus on individual development plans and objectives and key results that support personal, professional and company growth with your Team

Responsible for recruiting and/or training resources to meet the needs of the customer

Developing and designing engineered solutions to complex problems through individual contribution and/or by leading teams of engineers
-
Supporting and leading site optimization projects through different project phases (CD, BD, DD, or CQV)

Providing SME level support to automation design projects within the GMP landscape

Working as a consultant to our customers independently or as a part of a project team

B.S. or M.S. in Technical Discipline
-
6-10 years of experience in life science of chemical manufacturing
-
Experience with pharma design/construction project management is considered a bonus
