Your Skills:
Proficient in tax preparation procedures and documentation standards; standard review procedures and practices of federal and state tax returns; and tax planning strategies.
Demonstration of excellent client relations and verbal/written communication capabilities.
Flexibility, team attitude, desire for growth, and exemplary client service.
Detail oriented approach to work, confidentiality, good problem-solving skills.
Must be proactive with recommending solutions when discussing issues, as applicable.
Prepared to work independently, take ownership, provide critical thinking, and monitor deadlines.
Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to multitask on varying tax issues for multiple entities in a fast-paced environment.
