Mangata Studios is looking for a talented Tattoo Artist and/or Body Piercer to join the team! I am looking for artists who can work independently, are passionate about their work and are able to handle themselves professionally, maintain a clean and positive work environment. This is a booth rental opportunity in which allows for a flexible schedule!

Responsibilities:

• Have a professional demeanor and attitude
• Have artistic talent and an understanding of what makes a good tattoo design
• Be knowledgeable about tattoo health risks, safety precautions, up to date with required trainings/certifications
• Be able to handle customer conflict and complaints effectively and appropriately
• Maintain a clean & sanitary work environment & properly open & close up the shop when necessary (doors locked, lights off, station cleaned up etc.)
• Complete the required paperwork with the customers before starting any service (release forms) as well as explaining thoroughly and providing aftercare instructions to ensure proper care of the tattoo and/or piercing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
