Overview

As the Talent Operations Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for researching and maintaining regulatory and compliance documents, for processing and tracking immigration requests, and for providing compliance training.
Responsibilities

Researches and maintains regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements for staff to include background checks and licensure.
Maintains Talent Operations Compliance SharePoint site and state specific workbook.
Performs the immigration process for foreign nationals and works with immigration attorneys to ensure compliance with immigration laws.
Serves as primary contact for Volunteer Coordinators with regards to background checks and training.
Provides compliance training for Volunteer Coordinators, Office Managers, new Recruiters and others.
Manages board reporting process for violations by licensed clinicians.
Responsible for continuous motor vehicle check monitoring.
Works with Legal, hospice care centers, and Physician Relations on preparing Nurse Practitioner Collaborative agreements.
Maintains labor law handout service and poster distribution.
Maintains Talent Operations Compliance team metrics.
Onboards Baton Rouge Corporate new hires.
Manages credentialing process for outside facilities.
Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; OR equivalent work experience.
Three (3+)years' experience in human resources, preferably healthcare experience.
Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint; "Forms" experience a plus Preferred
Two (2+) years' Human Resources experience.
PHR or SHRM-CP certified.
This position will ideally be based in our Baton Rouge office on a hybrid schedule, however qualified candidates outside of the region will be considered.
