As a Talent Development Manager, you serve as the primary strategic partner to develop employees across all functions of the business through inclusive, impactful, and scalable learning experiences and programming. You will lead the company’s Talent Development strategy to onboard, develop and retain talent, and enhance human performance.

YOU will make an impact (& succeed) by…
- Aligning the company’s talent strategy and implementation with the business strategy, including onboarding, talent enrichment, training programs and talent assessment.
- You’ll innovate our approach to talent development by helping us further mature the function through forward thinking, researched based ways of diagnosis, planning and agile execution and stay out ahead of business needs as H.G. Fenton grows and evolves.
- You will fortify a deep and dynamic understanding of talent in the organization, fortifying organizational capability in L&D strategy, succession planning, employee retention, organizational performance and growth to achieve desired growth goals and meet organizational and individual performance objectives.
- You’ll foster and leverage partnerships across the organization, at all levels and within all functions.
- One of your guiding priorities will be to meet our employees where they want with growth opportunities that matter to them and align with business needs.
Qualifications YOU possess...
- 5-7 years of L&D and succession planning experience
- Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with business partners
- Partnership skillset with an action-oriented/innovative mindset

Our Compensation Philosophy
Fenton’s goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive – and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach. To support this goal, we obtain annual market data for each role from similar organizations in the applicable market to ensure we are paying based on current market information. Some of our roles include variable pay, which includes commissions and/or a bonus structure intended to incentivize performance where it matters most.
The compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 (base plus bonus) per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
