Looking for a fun new opportunity? Kelly is hiring a part time Talent Advisor to help support operations for a client in Detroit Lakes, MN. Will work 20 hours per week Mon-Fri between 8am and 5pm. Pay is $20+ depending on experience.

The Kelly Talent Advisor is instrumental in ensuring excellence in employee service delivery acting as the liaison between Kelly, the client, and our employees to ensure processes and contractual terms are adhered to. The Talent Advisor is responsible for employee relations, client reporting, payroll and contract compliance requirements.

Does this sound like you?

  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study preferred
  • 2+ years of customer services, talent management, education, or staffing experience required
  • Understanding HR/staffing practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web based ATS/sales technology required
