Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC. However, any person approved for an exemption, without exception, is subject to masking, weekly COVID-19 testing at their expense, and other requirements established by CPLC from time to time.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for achieving full cycle recruitment processes and outcomes for CPLC including, but not limited to, posting and advertising open positions, processing and screening applications, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, coordinating interviews, administering pre-employment assessments, preparing necessary documentation, and notifying candidates of hiring decisions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education /Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or other related area, preferred and minimally has two (2) years of Human Resource related experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered to meet the qualifications for this position.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

Other requirements:

  • In addition, proficiency of computer fundamentals and business software is required, Office 365 preferred.
  • The candidate must be self-directed and work independently, however must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to provide a high level of support to programs and business units.
