About the Team:

As a member of Talent Acquisition Center International (TAC), your role in Talent Acquisition profoundly impacts a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. Your work will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build the world's next elite Internet company.

What You Will Do:

• Design and execute bespoke and inclusive search strategies for senior appointments across multiple functions and geographies to identify and proactively engage the top talent in the industry.
• Partner effectively with HR and hiring managers throughout the search process, consulting on best practices and talent market insights, while providing a differentiated experience to leaders and candidates alike; position and effectively articulate TikTok’s employer brand and value proposition with industry leaders.
• Manage a seamless recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience, that is high-touch, quick, and consistent.
• Leverage creative problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality hires for mission-critical positions; innovating around efficiency improvements and the effectiveness of our processes.
• Support key People and Talent projects; influence and drive strategy utilizing data and presentation skills.
• Negotiate complex compensation and mobility packages to close candidates and assist in hiring decisions.
• Evangelize the executive recruiting function by exemplifying our core ByteStyles and contributing to the social fabric of the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full cycle in-house technical recruitment experience with at least 2+ years in executive-level hiring, ideally within the marketing/advertising, media, or tech industries.
• Experience in building candidate and client relationships in a global business environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills; ability to build trust-based working relationships with candidates, local talent acquisition recruiters, cross-functional peers, and colleagues in the wider HR function.
• Knowledge and understanding of leadership recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methodologies, and executive compensation strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving ability.
• High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious.
