Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with candidates and employees.
Status *: Full-Time Hybrid schedule (Remote and Onsite)

Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute innovative, cost-effective, and competitive recruitment strategy and plans to meet hiring goals that align with the organization's short- and long-term hiring needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase applicant flow to support high-volume and /or cyclical hiring
- Understands market conditions for targeted hard-to-fill positions and prepares distinct and effective recruiting approaches.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, interviews, screening calls, etc.)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Organize and/or attend career fairs
- Lead Talent Acquisition programs such as internships and apprenticeships
- Assist HR team with onboarding programs
- Manage the background screen and employment verification process.
- Assist HR team in the identification of job description improvements, job requisition templates, job posting requirements, and other talent acquisition compliance matters.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. Measures effectiveness of recruitment efforts and action steps for improvement
- Provide guidance, training, and direction to hiring managers on the talent acquisition process
- Create improved talent acquisition workflows and efficiencies
- Manage the applicant tracking system.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Excellent communicator
- Well-organized
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of related experience is required.
- Learners Edge has headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota, Denton, Texas, and Charlottesville, VA. The ideal candidate will live in the area and be willing to work in the office 2 days a week. Remote candidates with exceptionally strong skills will be considered.
