Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. Factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant

Tracking System

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department from the information provided by HR Director and Operations Team
  • Source Colleges that are key to our industry for feeding candidates o Foster that relationship o Find ways for the company to be involved with the school so that we are the preferred choice for fielding candidates
  • This may include visits to the schools, involvement in the classes, mock interviews, etc.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Ability to keep up with industry trends

Qualifications / Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management or related field bonus or related experience in field

Physical and Safety Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Benefits:

All employees are eligible to receive some form of company benefits. All benefits are available to regular, full-time employees who maintain an average of 30 hours worked per week. Qualifying employees can enjoy paid holidays and PTO. Health benefits will be available from the first of next month following 30 days of employment. The 401k and matching program are available after their 90-day introductory period.

Compensation:

Salary and Bonus is negotiable based on experience.
