CyraCom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide operational and technical support for our Corporate Recruiting and Human Resources teams. You will work as part of a team of highly specialized and talented HR and Talent Acquisition professionals, with your primary focus being recruiting for corporate roles and secondary focus being support for HR administrative records and special projects. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, some experience in full-cycle Recruiting or Human Resources, and strong written and verbal communication skills. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner to develop local, national and international recruiting plans, identifying sourcing strategies and assessment processes.
- Coordinate and oversee candidate assessments, interviews, reference/background checks, other employment-related documentation and hiring.
- Perform candidate searches using traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas; responds to applicant emails and/or phone calls.
- Prepare job announcements/advertisements in accordance with job descriptions and needs identified by the hiring manager; ensure they postings are on the company website and placed with other advertising sources and on social media.
- Screen resumes according to job requirements and recommend candidates who will continue on in the assessment process.
- Advise hiring managers regarding interview questions and assessments.
- Manage applicant flow and documents; track and report all recruiting activity to Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Maintain associated files, records, applicant and employee information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Apply the organization’s personnel policies and procedures as well as applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Represent the organization at local job fairs and participate in employment committees.
- Develop and submit recommendations to improve and increase the effectiveness of the recruiting and selection process.
- Support the Human Resources team on special projects related to HR Records including but not limited to: assisting with internal HR audits, preparing documentation for internal and external audits, assisting with regulatory reports and filings such as EEOO and AAP, organized and maintain electronic and hard-copy human resource records for applicants and current employees.
- Exercise a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation using personal initiative to identify and recommend best practices.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you must have:
- Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with applicants to ascertain work history, education, skills and abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of information to facilitate systematic filing and accurate and easy record retrieval.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of human resources best practices in candidate recruitment and selection.
- Exceptional commitment to confidentiality in sensitive human resource matters.
- Experience working in either HR, recruiting, records management, or administrative assistance.
- Knowledge and experience using applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Basic knowledge of the laws and regulations governing records management and records retention.
- Sufficient computer knowledge to learn quickly and work on a daily basis with automated human resources systems.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you must be:
- Skilled at exercising initiative within the parameters of company policies and procedures, rules, laws and regulations.
- Skilled at building partnerships and providing consultative guidance to hiring managers.
- Skilled at prioritizing work and manage competing priorities in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Skilled in verbal and written communications and a strong ability to exercise tact and diplomacy with a variety of customers at different organizational levels.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Calendaring), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer (or other internet browser).
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships.
Minimum requirements:
- One to two years of progressively responsible full cycle recruiting experience; or directly equivalent combination of human resources education and experience.
- Experience with an ATS and/or HRIS platform such as Workday, Paycom, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Working knowledge of the laws/regulations governing the hiring process including, but not limited to, EEO, ADA and CyraCom policies; and the ability to accurately apply these laws/regulations throughout the hiring process.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Workday
