restaurant company and grow your career? Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is seeking a Take Away and Delivery Specialist to join the Ruth's Chris Steak House team. Please consider this exceptional opportunity!

The Take Away and Delivery Specialist is responsible for all operational aspects of guest take away and delivery orders - order processing, order fulfillment, packaging, payment, guest order checks, coordination with all third-party delivery partners and off-premises catering, and drop-off lunches. The Take Away and Delivery Specialist will also assist the HOST desk with - sitting tables, taking reservation, open table and guest interaction.

Take Away and Delivery Specialist Requirements

• Highschool diploma or G.E.D,
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems,
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently,
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and expect to work weekends, nights, and holidays,
• Attention to Detail: Proven ability accomplish a task with concern for accuracy in all the areas involved, monitoring, and checking work or information and plans, organizing time and resources efficiently, and following up with others to ensure commitments have been fulfilled,
• Collaboration/Teamwork: Proven ability to successfully work toward a common goal with others, including actively listening to others, taking responsibility for mistakes, and respecting the diversity of your colleagues,
• Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to facilitate the prevention of and/or de-escalation and resolution of conflict while preserving a professional host-guest/VIP relationship,
