We are offering a Restaurant Manager up to $75,444 (this salary includes bonus) & a Assistant Manager up to $44,487 (this salary includes bonus). This is a wonderful opportunity with a great progressive company. Apply Today!

Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities

· Organizing staff shift and scheduling

· Providing Excellent customer service

· Ensuring all safety procedures are strictly followed

· Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment, and property

· Recruiting and training staff

· Providing excellent customer service

· Maintaining Safe Work Conditions

· Managing budgets

· Provide daily coaching and feedback

Restaurant Manager Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
• Preferred: ServSafe Certification
• Energetic and excellent communication skills
• Practical/hands-on approach
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Food production
• Analytical Skills

Pay: $44,487.00 - $75,444.00 per year
