We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team! This individual will build, support and maintain the Agency network and server infrastructure, and provide an escalated level of support for personal computers and related equipment.
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours / weekly in office (This is not a remote position.)This position also requires occasional after hours and weekend availability.

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team! This individual will build, support and maintain the Agency network and server infrastructure, and provide an escalated level of support for personal computers and related equipment.
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Design, build, manage and support Network and Server infrastructure.
- Plan, build and test Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity.
- Establish, monitor and support connectivity to all Agency sites.
- Provide support for escalated Help Desk tickets - troubleshoot, repair, and support Agency desktop and laptop computers, and related equipment including hardware and software.
- Assist Help Desk and Techs as necessary during peak/crisis situations.
- Set up, configure and install hardware and software. Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets for Agency.
- Setup/configure initial hardware of infrastructure, server, SAN and network equipment.
- Develop and maintain key Vendor relationships. Manage, track, and follow up on vendor services when necessary.
- Travel to remote agency locations as needed to maintain and support Agency equipment.
- Associates’ degree in electronics or computer information systems OR EITHER two (2) + years’ experience installing and managing Windows Server, Active Directory, WMware and Veeam.
- Self-directed, motivated and is resourceful/knowledgeable of access to vendor’s technical support channels
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) preferred
- Experience with Azure or AWS is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
