System Administrator Position
Zerr Berg Architects/Gehrtz Construction Services is seeking a full-time Systems
Administrator. Applicant would be responsible for maintaining day-to-day functionality of the network, server, and end-user workstations and supporting equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to: hardware and software installation; troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues; network installation, configuration and maintenance; assistance with backups and virus protection updates; technical liaison; procurement, setup and support of equipment; asset management; server administration, maintenance and support; end user support of Microsoft Office and various other applications in a fast-paced collaborative environment; and working with marketing team to maintain and update company websites. This position is located in Fargo, ND and can include travel to the surrounding region as required. Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• Two years of professional IT experience
• Excellent communication and trouble-shooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrated problem solving and prioritization skills

Responsibilities:

• Technical support services for ZBA/GCS staff
• Install, support, and manage all ZBA/GCS software packages
• Asset management of ZBA/GCS IT resources
• Research, purchase, build and install computer hardware and peripherals
• Set up and maintain remote access capabilities
• Server administration maintenance and support
• Company websites maintenance and updates
• Other IT related support as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in providing IT customer support
• Experience supporting the following: o Microsoft Office Suite and/or other current office productivity applications o Autodesk BIM Applications o Adobe Applications o Web browsers o Email (Office365) o Windows Operating Systems
• Demonstrated experience in providing computer hardware repair
• Working knowledge of WordPress or similar web platform
• Experience performing maintenance and routine updates to websites
