URGENTLY HIRING- Starfish Aquatic Club is searching for QUALITY Swim Instructors for locations: FULL HOURLY PAY- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (Previous Experience & Swim Certification Based)

The right Swim Instructor candidate SHOULD:

• be Lifeguard certified and/or Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certified or similar swim instructor certification
• open and energetic personality
• able to work as a member of a team
• able to communicate effectively with parents/students
• knowledgeable about swimming progression
• strong customer service skills
• long term goals of working with the company for at least 1 year.

Benefits:

• FULL HOURLY PAY- Our swim instructors are paid through each full hour of their shift. NOT by lessons, like other swim schools. Our swim instructors are still paid hourly despite customer absences! Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (experience based)
• Opportunity to grow in the company as the company grows!
• New and inexperienced swim instructors can be trained, but must be comfortable with children, adults, have SWIMMING EXPERIENCE and eager to learn, we will train the right individuals.

HOURS AVAILABLE: Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 4-8pm, Saturdays 9-2pm; Sundays 9-2pm. Additional days MAY be available, however priority is placed on people who can work weekends.

COVID-19 considerations:
Social distancing practices in place for all lessons, customers wear masks at their own discretion while on the pool deck, swim instructors wear face shields during lessons at the request of our customers, sanitizing equipment provided.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Swim Instructor: 1 year (Required)
• Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)
