Pay Rate: $27.94/hr. minimum, (Dependent on experience)
Shift: Swing Shift (Training time requires day shift)

PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Surveillance Systems Manager the Surveillance Technician will work in conjunction with all departments to ensure the safety and integrity of the entire casino operations while maintaining the technical continuity of the overall surveillance operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and respond to incoming work order requests and prioritize requests based on the date of the receipt, as well as the location of the malfunctioning equipment.
- Implement preventative maintenance of cameras and equipment, including:
- Installation and removal of cameras as necessary
- Inspect, repair, and test, all system components and equipment
- Create and distribute accurate and timely daily activity reports for management.
- Review surveillance video and reports, providing detailed information to Surveillance Management as needed.
- Observe, record, and report any unusual or suspicious activities on the property.
- Regularly inspect the premises, identifying potential safety or security hazards, and report them to Surveillance Management, for proper resolution.
- Coordinate with the Surveillance Management, when surveillance discovers a matter which needs further investigation or attention.
- Incorporate information throughout the department, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality with all information obtained during the course of working in the Surveillance department, including but not limited to all casino activity, policy, procedures, CCTV system, and other equipment use and practices.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- One (1) year experience with CCTV or IT technical support or relative education/certifications
- Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position.
Skills and Abilities:
- Work as an engaged team member in an effort to develop fellow surveillance team members and the Surveillance Department.
- Maintain high service levels in the Surveillance Department
- Must possess strong computer literacy.
- Knowledge of electronic equipment operation and repair
PREFERRED
Education and Experience:
- Two (2) years minimum work experience in the gaming industry with an emphasis on table games or surveillance preferred.
- Two (2) year degree in electronic technology with three (3) years of comparable technical experience or five (5) years of comparable technical experience preferred.
- Three (3) years of CCTV technical experience.
- Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.
Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
