Surface Grinder
Location: Roseville, MI
Company is a manufacturer of industrial machinery and equipment
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $17-22/hr
Surface Grinder:
Mattison, Thompson, & Danobat Grinders available
Finish grinding operations using abrasive wheel, setups, qualifying parts for grind stock removal, finishes, detwisting, in process inspections and deburring.
Operate grinding machines, monitor the grinding process, and move parts to the next stage of production
Perform and document In-Process Inspection
Experience:
Prefer candidate with 3-5 years of experience with Grinding.
Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches
Candidate should have good math aptitude and ability to read inspection equipment & tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Etc).
Experience with Cranes and Forklifts is a plus. Ability to read drawings and or prints. Own tools a plus. Experience with Cranes and Forklifts is a plus.
