The individual is a 33 year old male looking ofr a staff that will take him out in the community, and help him with chores and sctivities around his home. He needs support in going to doctors appointments, doing activities in the community and attending Masque. He likes to travel to Allentown, Bethlehem and Palmerton. He would also need to be taken and/or picked up from work when other transportation is not available. He wouls like to participate in activities like going to the movies, Dave b' Busters, and attending martial arts class.
The individual is looking for a reliable, accountable, dedicated support staff that will communicate effectively with him, support hm in mainatining a routine and structured day.
The individiual should have a great sense of humor and can successfully redirect the individual when it is needed. He would like someone that has experience with Autism and IDD. He needs someone to motivate him to complete chores that are needed to be done in his home. Hew would also like a staff that reats him as an adult and to communicate issues with him or his team instead of his family. He aslo needs medication reminders and some one to help organize his medication on a weekly basis.
HOURS: May vaery due to need. 20 -25 hours a week
8 hour shift on mondays
3 four hour shifts during the week/or 2 5 hour shifts
PAY RATE: $12.40 - $22.81 per hour. Milage is reimbursed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.40 - $22.81 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
COVID-19 considerations:
being vaccinated against Covid is not a requirement but, if you are not vaccinated then you will have to submit a weekly covid test.
