Support Specialist

Manufactured Precision Feedthrough Products, Inc (MPF Products, Inc.) Headquartered in Gray Court, SC specializes in the design and manufacture of electrical feedthroughs and viewports, utilizing the latest in ceramic-to-metal seal technologies.

Position Overview:

MPF Products, Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, issuing materials, directing inbound calls, data entry, and receiving stores. Issuing materials to the production team while maintaining records to reconcile manually or using a computer.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with administrative duties as required (filing, copying, scanning, order entry, answer email/phone).
• Delivering strategic allocation of materials; at the right time to support production.
• Perform required cycle counts of material and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean work environment and required cleanup at end of the day.

Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to work independently must be a self-starter, must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and management. · Ability to perform multiple skill requirements with little to no supervision. · Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving skills.
• Good communication ability – both written and verbal.
• Experience reading pick tickets and distinguishing location, quantity required, and part number.

Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy. · Ability to adapt with shifting routines and cross-functionality between departments.

Required:

• Associates degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of professional office experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Quick Books.

Physical requirements:

• The candidate must be able to identify and distinguish colors.
• May need to lift/carry between 10-25lbs. on occasion; reach hands and arms in any direction; kneel/stoop; be able to work standing on occasion.
• Drug screen is required prior to employment.
