What You Will Do as a Support Service Coordinator

The primary responsibilities of the Coordinator - Support Services are to support the pattern and marking departments through uploading pattern changes into marking rules, dimension specs into Stride, and pattern documentation to support manufacturing. Also, this role maintains and updates master files for marking rules on all products, and classifies sample expenses by brand.

How You Will Make a Difference:

• Partners with sample coordinator, pattern makers, tech designers, Honduras and Matamoros marking teams, quality, product development, customer service, and merchandising to ensure finished dimension specifications and marking rules are accurate and easily accessible per department needs.
• Creates and maintains marking rules in English and translates to Spanish.
• Creates and edits garment drawings, descriptions and marking rules to ensure consistent application of marking rules to patterns.
• Uploads band calculation charts to marking rules database.
• Maintains and publishes department status report. Provides a complete listing of work in process for patterns, marking and sample making to management.
• Maintains dimension specifications for all product categories. Additionally, maintains complete specs on a shared database for easy access at the manufacturing facilities to ensure accuracy in manufacturing tolerances for audit.
• Responsible for keeping MTM and Work Order Access databases current which includes maintenance projects as needed.
• Creates and maintains dimension specifications in Stride. Creates and maintains simplified dimension specifications in KiM SharePoint.
• Maintains department expenses through Coupa/Microsoft Dynamics. Processes billing by brand for the Sample Process in Nashville and Internal Facilities.
