As a Support Partner - Enhanced you will be providing direct support in partnership with individuals with disabilities, on a one to one basis, in their own homes and communities. Services include direct support in the form of community involvement and/or accommodation with all activities of daily living including personal care, communication, transportation and inclusive social and recreational activities.


A man in his early 30s with a disability is seeking to partner with a Support Partner - Enhanced to assist him to live a self-determined life. He is seeking staff who are community minded and love to be out and about exploring the city. People who are willing to travel with him on public transportation throughout the city to participate in community activities, including enjoying pool time. People who will be able to be a partner and ally for his family. Most importantly, people who believe in full-civil rights for all people and have a drive to participate in the community.


He is currently seeking PT employees to work a combination of days during the week from 7am-5pm. This schedule will start gradually with 3 days of support for 5 hours a day, with the goal to increase to a full 5 days a week 7am-5pm schedule.


Personal or professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and a physical disability is preferred.

This is a very rewarding position, perfect for someone with an interest in special education, psychology, sociology, social work; and all related fields. Personal or professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and a mental health diagnosis is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Access to a reliable vehicle, proof of current vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Be or willing to be Covid-19 Vaccinated prior to employment. Willing to be Boosted prior to employment or when you become eligible for booster dose
