Job description Position Summary: The Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator is a role that supports plant operations and manages the inventory and purchasing function needs of the facility. This position acts as a liaison between Plant leadership, the production team, and the corporate office as needed. Organizational credibility, high level of delivery, and follow through are the keys to being successful in this position. This role requires a high degree of discretion, good judgment, and tact. Job Reports To: This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Essential Functions: Support Resco’s Culture and drive our Vision, Mission, and Values at the Plant. Support all safety initiatives of the plant Manages the raw material inventory and supply chain for the Tarentum facility Coordinates logistics of raw materials for all plant operations Enters purchase orders and receivers Single point of contact for maintaining raw material inventory Single point of contact for logistics coordination for the Tarentum facility *This list is not comprehensive and other duties may be added as required* Required Education, Skills, and Other Attributes: · College Degree preferred but not required · Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and MRP systems · Think critically and process orientated · Must be hands-on and capable of working with limited direction · Must be self-motivated and work autonomously · Must be results-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team environment. · Excellent project management skills including successful leadership of projects from planning phase through completion. · Must possess innovative leadership, communication, delivery, consultative, partnership, and team building skills Preferences: · Experience working with Union members / union environment · Experience with suppliers and procurement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
