Position Summary:
The Supervisor of Cash Posting Services is a frontline supervisory role responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate posting of cash. The incumbent supervises cash application patient financial services staff and assists in establishing and monitoring productivity standards, quality improvement and direct staff in meeting department goals. The Supervisor monitors and assists with resolving unapplied cash general ledgers, maximizes electronic payment posting capabilities for all Payers, prepares cash trending, provides statistics/reports for management.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience performing billing, collections, accounts receivable or claims processing work in a healthcare organization.
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Associate’s degree in business, accounting or finance or 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

This position will work remotely but primary residence cannot be located in the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland/Washington DC, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. As required by the Colorado and Nevada laws under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, MultiCare Health Systems provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado or Nevada. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the states of Colorado and Nevada only, the range of starting pay for this role is 64,397 to 78,541 and information on benefits can be found on our website, www.multicare.org.
