We are currently hiring a Shift Supervisor with Serving Experience at Jams American Grill.
Job Description
- As a Shift Supervisor you will support operational excellence and strive to consistently exceed customer expectations within our catering production facility
- Take the lead, with responsibilities that range from assisting staff with their daily job functions, serve tables and assist in customer service concerns
- Inspire associates to have fun while delivering a great customer experience through their food production, expo and serving process.
- Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation

Knowledge and Skills:
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a well-groomed, hygienic appearance
Knowledge and Skills:
- Motivated team player with great communication and people skills
- Food service or retail experience preferred, not required
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management and coworkers.
- Must possess basic math, reading and writing skills
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Must be able to make change
- Must be multi-task oriented
- Must have knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Any and all certifications when applicable
