Our Child Placement Services Program has an immediate Full-Time opportunity for a Supervisor to support our Greensboro team. Must have previous supervisor experience within foster care/social work, case management field. Your leadership will make a huge difference to both the direct staff as well as the individuals being supported within our Child Placement Services program.

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising placement services for children receiving foster care services. You will Provide Direct Supervision to Child Placement Coordinators and Licensing Coordinators supporting designated territory. Responsible for assisting in expansion of child residential services by conducting presentations to agencies not familiar with services provided and advocating personal outcomes for children and families within the program. Maintain a caseload of up to 5 children if needed to meet the needs of the program. Supervise and monitor service delivery through home visits assuring services meet or exceed state, local and ESUCP standards.

What We’re Looking For:

To join our team, you must be willing to provide support in hybrid office/community-based setting where travel is required within assigned territory and private homes of the people served. We also require:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or human services.
• Two years supervisory /team lead experience within social services related field.
• Two years Foster Care, Child Placement, case management required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and in written.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
