Job Duties/Skills:

• Must have a background in public works construction, modernization work a plus.
• Must have a background in Multi Family Housing
• Must be quality oriented, self-motivated and be a strong people person.
• Manage subcontractors, interface with project managers, architects, engineers, owners and their representatives and local jurisdictional authorities.
• Plan reading is required
• Well organized individual with extreme attention to detail.
• Must be a quick learner and able to work independently.
• Strong Communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and switch priorities quickly and efficiently.
• Must have a valid and clean Driver's License.
