We are one of the top developer/builders in the multi-family space throughout Florida and are building out strong teams in the Orlando market for multiple deals upcoming. This role will begin running one project at a time, but will transition into overseeing multiple teams in time.

What You Will Be Doing
Project Management on major 300+ unit garden style and podium multi-family apartment projects.
What You Need for this Position
- large scale garden style apartment building in a PM capacity
- Experience with large scale podium and wrap projects a plus
- 8+ years multi-family ground up project management experience
