Summer School Teacher Job at Catapult Learning
**Catapult Learning is hiring teachers for Summer 2023**
Join Catapult Learning in partnership with a MO non-public school in the St Louis and Kansas City areas to teach in our Summer Journey program! You will ensure high level of student engagement and success using our proprietary STEM, Reading, and Math programs.
Catapult provides all resources and instructional materials as well as paid training.
Summer Journey is for students in grades K-8. Program starts in early June. This is a 1/2 day in-person program, 4 days/wk. Teachers must be available for the entire program and must attend a mandatory training. Compensation commensurate with public school district.
Responsibilities
- Attend all training sessions and deliver programs in STEM, math, reading, and/or writing skills to eligible students through utilization of Company materials and educational strategies.
- Deliver engaging and exciting lessons as outlined in supplied curriculum.
- Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies.
- Ensure a safe, enthusiastic, and positive environment for all students.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- MO Teaching Certificate as required by contract.
- Must be available to work the length of the assigned program.
