Chrysalis Recovery Center, LLC is a counseling center and IDCMP (dwi program) and we are looking for two fulltime counselors. Counselors with NH LADC or MLADC or LICSW or LCMHC preferred but we will also accept someone who is "in training" to become a LADC or MLADC. To be eligible for you will need:

• To be at least a second year masters student in counseling or social work masters program, and who is willing within 90 days of hire to / or has passed the icrc exam.
• Someone who has graduated with a Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work or related field, who is willing to within 90 days of hire / or has passed the icrc exam or
• Someone with an associates or bachelors degree, who has already passed the ICRC LADC or MLADC exam and is working on completion of their hours for licensure.

This position will do individual counseling (depending on degree and level), and Substance Use Evaluations. This position can work from our Concord office or the ability with experience to work remote (after home office approval) and work from your own home while telehealth is approved for the clients we serve. Client sessions are over the phone or via telehealth platform. Chrysalis is a great group to work with and we offer flexible hours and supportive management.

We are looking for full time counseling staff. Counselor can either do 5 day work week or 4 10 hour days. Counselor can pick the days they want to work and their schedule.

* Weekly supervision towards LCMHC if needed or LISCW may be able to be arranged but not guaranteed

* Annually 20 hours of paid trainings and time at CEU Trainings

Paid 50% by employer for FT employee.

* Dental Insurance with Delta Dental on the Premium Plus Plan. $2000 annually for dental max benefit includes major restorative. $20 copays. Paid 50% by employer for FT employee.

* Dental Vision with $20 copay and $180 annual allowance for frames/contacts and annual exams

* 401k Retirement - with company match of 4%, and up to 8% annual discretionary match

* Ability to work from home during telehealth acceptance for IDSP
