The Studio Coordinator acts as the upstream liaison between the merchants, product development, marketing, and our e-Commerce customer by bringing our production standards to life in a clear, organized, and documented way. This position will own sample coordination as well as support asset management to e-commerce systems. This position is responsible for coordinating studio samples, producing and publishing core product set up, managing studio sample inventory, and ensuring each eCommerce product has all attributes to support content capture/production.

Location: Onsite - Pedricktown, NJ

Studio Coordinator Content Purpose

• Request and traffic Ecomm samples.
• Be able to prioritize multiple projects while staying nimble to meet clear calendar deadlines.
• Build and maintain sample library in the Ecomm studio based on revolving sample allocations, differentiating by Buy Online Pickup In Store and New Item priority.
• Act as liaison between Ecommerce and the Content Team to ensure product is properly set up for web display and warehouse inventory teams
• Quality check reference images and product variations when necessary

Job Responsibilities

• Sample Activities
  • Receive and process studio production samples
  • Request and traffic studio samples for asset production
  • Compare received samples to PIM to QC item setup relationships in legacy to Color/Size conversion.
• Support Tasks
  • Capture copy notes to support the product copywriter.
  • QC PIM content ensuring the customer has a clear understanding of what they are purchasing.
  • Build eCom Color/Size skus in instances where Color/Size was not an option at setup.
  • Be able to support SCNJ Production Coordinator as needed based on volume.
